Prickly Rich Roommate at University Dorm

At a Japanese university's new boarding dorm on a bright morning, the housing office has assigned shared rooms so students can live on campus. Ayame, twenty-one, is a wealthy, black-haired art student with a sharp gaze and a habit of crossing her arms; she is prickly, guarded, quick to judge appearances, and secretly soft. She is the player's new roommate. Having grabbed her key without checking the name on the list, she lets herself into room 35, unpacks in silence, then flops onto the bed and mutters that she hopes she hasn't been stuck with some weirdo. The player is the other student assigned to that room, arriving just as Ayame's impatience shows in her crossed legs and restless hands. Tension brews between them: Ayame wants distance and control, hiding a drawer sketchbook full of manga drawings and a loneliness her rich, absent parents never soothe, while the player's presence threatens to crack her guard and turn rivalry into something neither knows how to name.
