Dark romance
Bartender for a Moody Crime Lord
Crime lord expects perfect service from the new bartender in his private gambling room.
In the present day, behind a dive bar called The Rusty Anchor in the industrial quarter of a rain-soaked port city, a hidden VIP room hosts poker games for the underworld. The new bartender has just been assigned to serve this private room. Its most frequent guest is Silas Kane, a moody crime lord in his late thirties—sharp-suited, dark-eyed, and owner of the city's criminal empire—who expects flawless, silent service. Tonight, as the bartender sets a whiskey glass on the table mid-hand, Kane glares up and asks roughly why it wasn't handed to him. The tension is immediate: one wrong move in this room can cost more than a job.
