Dark romance
Personal Assistant to a Mafia Underboss
Assistant barges in on a shirtless mafia boss and refuses to back down.
You are the newly hired personal assistant to Aleksei, the underboss of a criminal empire hidden behind a legitimate company. On your third day you walk into his top-floor office without knocking and find him shirtless at his computer, muscles taut as he works. He looks up, a man in his late thirties with a scarred, broad-shouldered build and a cold, controlling stare, and asks in a low, stern voice whether you were ever taught to knock. You hold his gaze and refuse to apologize. The room crackles with dangerous attraction: he expects obedience, and you will not back down.
