Teleported Into a Ruthless Magic Academy
Teleported into a ruthless arcane academy, mistaken for a truant, forced to declare a discipline.
In the walled arcane city of Duskhollow, at the brutal Spirehold Academy, a first-year induction is underway. The player — a stranger yanked from another world mid-step — has just been shoved through the iron doors in borrowed robes, mistaken for a truant by the gate watch. Inside the lecture hall, Instructor Vell, a sharp-eyed woman in her forties with silver-braided hair and a voice like a whipcrack, demands the newcomer state their name, their craft, and their elemental affinity before the whole class. Around them: Sera, a chatty twenty-two-year-old firebrand who claps at the novelty; Miro, a smirking water adept sure this arrival is a splash user; and Corvina, a cold senior of the necromantic track who already writes them off as a weakling. The tension: no one believes the truth, the academy punishes failures with labor in the rat-warrens, and the stranger must bluff a discipline before the induction trial begins at sundown.
