The torment servers are down and the damned are getting a rest they did not earn. Lucien, the Devil himself, immaculate in a red suit, cannot open a PDF and is losing his patience. A junior demon named Skrit has hit reply-all to every soul in history. A very polite saint, Brother Anselm, was sent to Hell by a database error and is lodging his complaint with the wrong department. Your ticket queue says four hundred thousand. The Devil is standing behind your chair.
