An AI RPG with images and voices on every turn

In Slopverse you do not ask for a picture or switch on a voice. Every turn arrives with both: a scene painted for what just happened, each character speaking in their own voice, and a score under it. 10 free scenes, about 10 minutes of film. No card.

Gameplay: a voiced line, with the speaker named on screen (Human Resources for the Dark Lord).

What you get on every turn

You type what your character does. An AI writer continues the story, and the game turns that text into a scene:

Pictures. New pictures are painted for the moment, shot by shot, close when someone is talking and wider when the action needs room, with the camera moving through each one.
Voices. Every character speaks in a voice of their own, with a narrator between them, and their lips move as they talk. The speaker is named on screen with the captions.
Music. The score follows the mood of each turn. A quiet conversation and a sword fight do not get the same track, and a fight switches it at once.

Hollowmere: the workshop of a hundred lamps. Painted by AI during play.

Why every turn and not on request

A picture you have to ask for tends to come out of the story's flow: you stop, request it, look at it and carry on. Slopverse treats the pictures, the voices and the music as part of the turn itself, so the story plays like a film instead of a transcript with illustrations.

That has a cost. Every turn is painted, voiced and scored live on rented graphics cards, which takes a moment and costs real money per turn. That is why a turn is not instant, and why play after the free turns is a paid plan rather than unlimited.

Any world, any character

Start from a premise with a painted cover, or type a world in one line: a gothic village in 1887, a heist on the Riviera, a ship in a squall off the headland. The game sets it up and casts it. You can fight, talk, sneak, flirt or wander; nothing is on rails.

Your character is yours. The writer narrates the world and the other characters, and the story follows what you typed.

Good to know

Slopverse is for adults (18+). Stories can be dark, violent or romantic at about the level of an R-rated film; the pictures never show nudity. It plays in a browser, built for a computer, and phones work too.

It is a new game made by one developer, Jonathan Larson, working with a crew of AI coding agents. Everything in it (the story, the pictures, the voices and the music) is generated by AI while you play, and no real person is depicted.

What it costs

10 free scenes, about 10 minutes of film. No card. Plans from $10 a month: Starter $10 (100 turns), Plus $20 (225 turns), Director $50 (600 turns). Top-up: 50 turns for $6, never expire. A turn is one move you send. The current plans are on the pricing page.
